At LaceMade, we want you to feel enchanting in every piece. If your garment isn't a perfect fit, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original lace-printed packaging, ensuring all hangtags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our atelier inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
